Yoga and meditation are practices that have been used for thousands of years to reduce anxious feelings, sleep problems, and physical and spiritual ailments. Prior to our session, we will discuss your individual or the group's goals so that I can customize the session. You will learn skills that are immensely useful to manage stress such as breathwork, physical postures/asanas, meditation techniques, and mindfulness tools.
