I am a licensed and experienced pelvic floor occupational therapist, a hormone coach, certified 200 hr+ yoga teacher, and mother who set out on a mission to bring functional, achievable wellness for moms/moms to be everywhere.
Following the birth of my son and the inadequacies I experienced within the healthcare system while pregnant, during birth, and postpartum, I became interested in helping other women navigate this complex, beautiful, and challenging time through education, connection, and advocacy.
Through compassionate care, functional movement, and mindful self-healing, I guide women to move from burnout and imbalance to strength, serenity, and self-trust — because thriving isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized approach to women’s health that focuses on the muscles, nerves, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, reproductive organs, and core. When these structures become tight, weak, or imbalanced—often due to pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, stress, or everyday movement patterns—they can contribute to symptoms like leaking, pain, pressure, or a lingering disconnect with your body.
As a pelvic health occupational therapist, I help you understand what’s happening in your body and guide you through gentle manual techniques, breathwork, and functional exercises that retrain your core and pelvic floor to work together with ease. The goal is simple: to help you move comfortably, feel stronger, and restore confidence in your body again.
I believe healing happens when we address the whole woman — not just her symptoms — by reconnecting the mind, body, and nervous system. Together, we’ll rebuild your foundation — so you can move confidently, live calmly, and feel more like you again.
